We keep this short because we collect little. RG DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L. (Strada Valentin Merișescu nr. 33A, Târgu-Jiu, județul Gorj, România, support@rgpixel.com) is the controller of the data below.
1. When you buy a licence

Your card is typed on Stripe's page and goes to Stripe only: we never see its number. The licence key holds no e-mail address, only a short one-way code made from it (so support can match a key to an order).
2. The program
RG-DesktopLink works on your own network: what you type, your screens and your files go from one of your PCs to another, encrypted, and never to us. The program sends us nothing and checks licences on your PC, offline. Two exceptions, only if you use them: remote access by ID goes through our relay server, which puts two PCs in touch and sees their ID and internet address, never the screen, the keys or the password (the session is encrypted end to end); and a diagnostics file reaches us only if you send it to us yourself.
3. This website
The site sets no cookies, has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. The web server keeps a technical log (internet address, time, page) for security, for a short time. The Stripe payment page is Stripe's: Stripe uses its own cookies there, under its privacy policy.
4. Who else handles the data
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland): payment, receipt, invoice.
- Resend (Resend, Inc., USA): sends the e-mail with the key. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Our web host (Rackhost, in the EU): keeps the site and the order records.
- Our accountant and, when the law asks, the tax authority.
We do not sell data and send no newsletters or advertising.
5. How long
- Invoices and accounting records: as long as the accounting law asks (up to 10 years).
- The licence record (e-mail, licence number): while the licence may be used, so we can send the key again; you may ask us to delete it sooner (the invoice stays).
- Support e-mails: up to 3 years after the last message.
6. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, to limit its use, or object to it: write to support@rgpixel.com, we answer within a month. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.
